We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For all returns and exchanges, customers must email our customer service within 2 working days from the date of receipt, and prior to mailing out the return parcel. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of request.

Customers are required to do their due diligence during the order, delivery and receiving of products. We are not liable or obligated to accept exchange and refund requests due to human error in details of the listings. Please include your order number and watch model to facilitate the waiting process.

We are more than willing to adhere to your request if it fulfills the following requirements: Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with the price tag intact, and a proof of purchase attached.

Product must not have been resized in any way, with links either added or removed. Product must not have been customized either by us or externally.

Product must not have been altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than Azzam.net . Electronic products such as smart watches, clocks, weighing machines, etc. cannot be returned/exchanged unless they are defective. All Seiko mods or any other modifications to existing watches are made to order, hence no exchanges or returns are allowed No cash refunds will be given for returns/exchanges unless the item is defective.

For returns/exchanges of non-defective goods, we will reimburse you with store-credits equal to the price of the product less the shipping costs. Store-credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

We will send you an additional invoice to cover for the additional charges if necessary. (Applicable for all countries)

Returns & Exchanges Customers must purchase an item from Azzam.net  that is of equal or higher value to the undesired product, and return your previous purchase to us.

Return requests have to be submitted to us within 2 days of item delivery.

All valid exchange items must be mailed to us within 7 working days upon confirmation of exchange from Azzam.net; after which the exchange will be deemed as invalid.

Upon receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition, customers will be refunded with store credit, which can be used for your next purchase. Processing will take up to 2 working days. Returns and refunds will only apply to items that are defective. Defective items have to be brought to our attention within 2 days of item delivery. Personalization/sapphire crystal upgrades In the event that you have purchased our personalization services or sapphire crystal upgrades but the watch cannot be personalized or have the crystal upgraded.

We will refund you the full amount of the service costs that you have paid for. Azzam.net holds the right to refuse refunds for watches that cannot be personalized or upgraded.

Cancellation of Orders There will strictly be no cancellation of orders, unless approved by our team.

Any approved cancellations out of goodwill will be refunded fully in store credits equivalent to the value of the initial order placed.

No cash refunds will be made for cancellations. Personalization/sapphire crystal upgrades In the event that you have purchased our personalization services or sapphire crystal upgrades but the watch cannot be personalized or have the crystal upgraded.

We will refund you the full amount of the service costs that you have paid for. Azzam.net holds the right to refuse refunds for watches that cannot be personalized or upgraded.

Failed Deliveries Deliveries failed and returned to us from the shipper will have the shipping cost automatically deducted from the total refund amount.

The order, once returned to us, will be considered cancelled and will be partially refunded as shipment costs will automatically be borne by the buyer in such an event. Because We Care To ensure a good fit before we send out your new purchase, you may request for a bracelet adjustment at no additional charge.
